✦ Synopsis

A partially observable control problem for an (\mathbb{R}^{d})-valued jump process with counting observations is studied. Dynamics dependent on the observed history and common jumps between state and observation are considered. Existence of an optimal control is discussed.

In this paper we continue to study the fuzzy logic system from the aspect of fuzzy di erential equations and discuss the concept of observability. The author studies the almost sure behaviour of the increments of the partially observed empirical process and derives some functional laws of the iterated logarithm for this process. Application to nonparametric density estimation is presented.
