✦ Synopsis

Bruno Cornaglia was born in Cuneo, Italy, in 1964. He received the degree in Electronical Engineering from the "Politecnico di Torino" in 1990. Since then he has been with the Mobile Serviccs and Radio Dpt. of CSELT. Initially he worked on Radio Relay Systems operating at the millimetric wavelength frequency bands and then on the arca of SDH network. In particular he has been involved on quality, performance and availability aspects for Radio-Relay and Satellite Systems. Actually he is working on Radio-Relay Systems for Broadband Services and he is also involved in standardization activities (lTU-R SG4 and DAVIC).

Bob Cryan received a first class honours degree and the. PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Univenity of Huddersfield in 1986 and 1992 respectively. He is a member of the I.E.E.
