Kartagener's syndrome (KS) is a hereditary disease with typical symptoms of situs inversus, bronchiectasis, and chronic infections of the nasal mucosa. Autosomal recessive inheritance cannot be doubted on account of repeated observations of affected sibs and parental cansanguinity. The bronchopulmon
