High power diode-pumped continuous wave (CW) and Q-switch operation of Tm,Ho:YVO4 laser is reported. Using two Tm,Ho:YVO 4 rods in a single cavity, up to 20.2 W of CW output lasing at 2054.7 nm was obtained under cryogenic temperature of 77 K with an optical to optical conversion efficiency of 32.9%

We report the room temperature continuous wave and acousto-optically Q-switched Ho:YAG laser double-pass pumped by a diode-pumped Tm:YLF laser. Continuous wave output power of 10.5 W at 2090 nm is obtained under the incident pump power of 18.1 W, corresponding to a conversion efficiency of 58.0% and
A high efficient, continuous wave (CW), cryogenic operation of c-cut Tm(5 at.%),Ho(0.3 at.%):YAlO3 (YAP) laser was reported in this paper. In the temperature of 77 K, the Tm,Ho:YAP crystal was double end-pumped by double 7.25-W fiber-coupled laser diodes (LDs) at the center wavelength of 793.3 nm. A

We reported the Ho:YAP laser pumped by the Tmdoped fiber laser with a fiber Bragg grating. The Ho:YAP laser maximum output power was 3.94 W when the incident power was 10.6 W with the threshold of 2.54 W. The slope efficiency was 49%, corresponding to an optical-to-optical efficiency of 37.1%. The H
