## Objective: Injuries to the flexor tendons and flexor tendon pulleys are frequently reported in rock climbers. osteoarthritic changes with bone spurs are also well known. we report on the less commonly described extensor tendon irritation caused by such osteophytes. ## Methods: Thirteen high-le
