## Abstract Five pulse samples, Musuri (__Lens esculenta__), Orhor (__Cajnus indicus__), Motor (__Pisum sativum__), Kheshari (__Lathyrus sativus__) and Mash‐kalai (__Phaseolus Munqo__), produced and consumed in Bangladesh, were extracted with ether (Soxhlet). Total fat, estimated by gravimetry, ran
