While several studies have found high rates of trauma exposure there is limited information on posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and its relationship to depression in the African American population. The prevalence and/or expression of psychiatric disorders can differ between racial/ ethnic group

Abstract
Various methods of building idealized SβN lines were described and analyzed. The slope coefficient k may be considered approximately constant for similar specimens made from similar materials with similar heat treatment undergoing loading cycles of the same type. The stress concentration factor K~T~ of the specimen affects in general the slope coefficient of the SβN line, but in the case of limited variation of K~T~ (only moderate K~T~ or only high K~T~) the slope coefficient may be assumed nearly constant. A general approximation method was proposed where the construction of the SβN line takes into account the material properties, the notch, surface and size factors and the type of loading.
