✦ Synopsis

Phenomenological aspects of SU(3)-breaking in VPP, PPy, VPy and Pyy vertices involving pseudoscalar-mesons (P), vector-mesons (V) and photons are discussed in the framework of a generic constituent-quark model. A rather satisfactory description is achieved adding some relevance to this type of model and, in particular, to its SU(3)breaking mechanism through constituent-quark mass differences.
