## Abstract Reversed phase HPLC with short wavelength UV detection is a useful alternative to conventional separation systems, with RI detection, for the analysis of the triacylglycerols of highly unsaturated vegetable oils, including γ‐linolenic acid‐containing oils and technical drying oils. γ‐L
