C enue Reconciliation Act of 1995, which is the revenue and tax component of the Seven-Year Balanced Budget Reconciliation Act of 1995 (H.R. 2491). Following a veto of the legislation, negotiations between the congressional leadership and the White House are under way to craft a successor package. However, the political fight over the contents of the ultimate measure is not over the portions of the Act of direct concern to nonprofit organizations. There will be another act and it is certain to contain these items.
