The NbfR spectrum of furnn-2,54ialdehyde partially oriented in the nematic phase has been obtained and interpreted. The values of direct dipolar couplings have been discussed in terms of B model which assumes 3 possibility of "menn" orientation parameters of the molecule in the liquid crystal phase.
