✦ Synopsis

Corrugated periodic structures ha¨e a wide range of applications to guide slow wa¨es and pro¨ide resonance conditions in mi-crowa¨e de¨ices. Conformal mappings for the most important types of corrugations are in¨estigated. The Green's functions for the corresponding structures are proposed using the conformal mapping technique.

In this paper we present an efficient method for numerical solution of the transport equation of photogenerated carriers in MSM photodetectors. The method is based on conformal mapping of both the MSM photodetector structure and the system of transport equations into a new space. The mapping enables

The method of contour lines in conjunction with the method of conformal mapping is used for the determination of cutoff frequencies of hollow waveguides with arbitrary boundary cross-sections. Calculations are presented .for acoustically soft waveguides. Examples of numerical evaluation are presente

## Abstract A new method of estimating alternating currents using ghost images created when the magnetic field from a fluctuating current modulates the phase of the magnetic resonance (MR) signal between successive phase‐encode views is described. The method, known as ghost reconstructed alternatin
