✦ Synopsis

Exponential function models already introduced in the literature for singular fields near perfectly conducting wedges are deri¨ed from conformal mapping. The performances of a numerical two-step procedure based on conformal mapping and finite-difference calculations are then discussed for axisymmetric geometries, in particular, for cone tips and for cone tips terminating with small spheres.
