✦ Synopsis
The preferred conformations and, for the 3-methyl-substituted analogues also the configurations of the C-3 atom, for 3-unsubstituted and 3-methyl-substituted di-exo-and di-endo-annellated oxazepinone derivatives fused with a norbornane or norbornene skeleton were determined by 'H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, including the use of DNOE measurements.

The configuration and conformation of some diastereomeric 4-hydroxy-cis-and -h.uns-l-oxadecalins were inferred by 'H and '3C NMR spectroscopy. The results obtained indicate that the cis-fused compounds are conformationally homogeneous, having the oxygen atom attached to the cyclohexyl ring in the ax
## Abstract The cyclizations of tetrahydroisoquinoline 1,2‐amino alcohols with phenylphosphonic dichloride, bis(2‐chloroethyl)phosphoramidic dichloride, thionyl chloride and sulfuryl chloride were utilized to synthesize 1,5,6,10b‐tetrahydro‐1,3,2‐oxazaphospholo[4,3‐__a__]isoquinolines (**2**, **3**
## Abstract From the reaction of 2‐acetylcyclopentanone with benzoylhydrazine, the cyclopentanopyrazole derivative **4** was obtained as the only product. The structural assignment of this compound and also of the hydroxypyrazoline **3**, used as a model compound, was established by analysis of the
