✦ Synopsis

This meeting aims to address the nature of homicide investigation from the crime scene to the court room. During the meeting there will be input from the murder research group, senior crime scene managers and scenes of crime personnel as well as members of the legal profession with considerable experience in the area. Speakers will also address some of the other specialities (such as entomology, anthropology, blood pattern analysis, the role of the pathologist and offender profiling) which can be and are used with increasing frequency at murder scenes. There will also be a number of case reviews presented.

We hope to also present a half day workshop on Blood Pattern analysis as part of the meeting.
