Abstract
For infinite boson systems in the framework of [5, 9] it is proven that all locally normal states possess conditional local states. This result is used to find a tailβfieldβmeasurable decomposition of these states and to characterize their position distributions in completion to [6] as βPoint processes. As an example mixed coherent states are investigated.

In this work we have studied systematically the effect of fluctuations in thickness and depth of the well, as well as in the thickness of the barrier in semiconductor superlattices. Our results show that the main effect of fluctuations is to break down the whole superlattice into subsets. Localizati
