The n e w southern c o m p l e x not only c o m p r i s e s a 5000 seat, two-tier stand but also includes a 160 b e d r o o m four star hotel, restau-Chelsea Village Hotel, served with chilled water by Pullen rants, offices, apartments, sports and leisure facilities and a galleria with a full length view of the pitch. Building services for the c o m p l e x were designed by consultants, Fuller & Partners, Farnham, Surrey. Heating for the entire southern c o m p l e x is p r o v i d e d via three 1860 kW gas fired boilers located in a n e w plant r o o m in the East Stand b a s e m e n t ear park. The p r i m a r y flow heating main from the boilers connects into a c o m m o n f l o w h e a d e r before passing on to a d u p l e x Pullen, belt driven "C" type p u m p set (duty 121 l/s at 95 kl~a),
