## Abstract Branchial chloride cells (CC) were studied in sea bass (__Dicentrarchus labrax__) maintained in seawater (SW: 35โ€ฐ) or gradually adapted to and subsequently maintained in fresh water (0.2โ€ฐ) or doubly concentrated seawater (DSW: 70โ€ฐ).
