## Abstract Ultraโ€thin films of poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) and its organically modified silicate (OMS) nanocomposites were prepared by heatโ€controlled spin coating and characterized using FTIRโ€GIRAS, AFM, DCโ€EFM, and __P__โ€“__E__ measurements.
