✦ Synopsis

Computer simulation results of the topological exchange model proposed by Matela & Fletterick (1979) are presented. These results, which utilize primitive binary tables and their associated drivers in the formation of internal clusters, indicate that this type of model (topological) is capable of simulating the cellular self-sorting phenomenon.
