Abstract
A computer‐aided numerical characterization is done for oscillator properties on the basis of large‐signal modeling of IMPATT diodes supported by experimental studies, in order to select suitable parameters for high‐power operation of IMPATT oscillators. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
