## Abstract ## BACKGROUND Encephalocraniocutaneous lipomatosis (ECCL) is a rare neurocutaneous syndrome characterized by congenital cutaneous, ocular, and neurologic abnormalities, which may be pronounced in the head and neck. ## CASE In this article we present a well‐documented case of a six‐ye
