## Abstract A case of subdural empyema resulting from an acute infection of frontal cysts is reported. Urgent surgery was performed to create a right frontal burr hole, followed by an osteoplastic frontal sinusotomy and postoperative chemotherapy. Thus, this intracranial complication was successful
