## Abstract Laboratory experiments were conducted to test the feasibility of ozone sparging to oxidize PCBs in sediments, and to determine the organic acid content and biodegradability of the oxidation products. Two PCBs were tested; 2β,2β²βdichlorobiphenyl (DCB) and 2β,3β,4β,2β²β,3β²β,4β²βhexachlorobi
