## Abstract A polypropylene/high‐density polyethylene blend containing 70 wt % polypropylene was prepared and compatibilized via the addition of maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene and polyethylene. The functionalized polymer chains were coupled with two types of coupling agents. Dodecane diamin
