## Abstract The objective of this study was to compare the accuracy of T2‐weighted fast‐spin‐echo (FSE) and intermediate‐weighted spin‐echo (SE) MR imaging in the detection of meniscal tears. Seventy‐six patients (152 menisci) who had arthroscopic surgery after MR imaging of the knee were studied.
