## Abstract Various methods [fluorescent polarization immunoassay (FPIA) and liquid chromatography‐tandem mass spectrometry (LC‐MS/MS) assay] are used for therapeutic drug monitoring of everolimus. The aim of this study is to compare these assays in renal and heart transplantation. The correlation
