## Abstract In an attempt to find a new and a safer drug for tuberculosis, we have synthesized a series of fluoronitrobenzothiazolopyrazolines for antitubercular activity. The series comprises three subclasses: fluorobenzothiazolopyrazolines (**11aโf**), fluoronitrobenzothiazolopyrazoline, nitro gr

โฆ Synopsis
A series of eight isoquinoline alkaloids were isolated from Glauciurnflauurn or synthesized and subsequently their immunological activity was evaluated. The structure-effect relationships were evaluated in the following in uitro tests: complement activation, phagocytosis and antibody synthesis. Oxoglaucine caused significant inhibition of classical complement activity. Representatives with two phenolic hydroxyl groups decreased the phagocytic activity of peritoneal macrophages. All substances tested possessed suppressive effects on antibody synthesis against sheep red blood cells. Oxoglaucine was the most potent of the series.

Direct behavioral observation and motility monitoring procedures provide reliable data, and both are appropriate for sleep/wake state measurements starting immediately after birth. Using these procedures, newborn rats, rabbits, and humans were found to have a greater amount of quiet sleep on the day
The balance between proliferation and apoptosis within a tissue is important in controlling its overall growth. When either or both are altered, uncontrolled cell proliferation can contribute to cancer. The aim of this study was to investigate apoptosis and proliferation in the progression from Barr
