## Abstract Two glass ceramics in the CaOP~2~O~5~MgO system with the incorporation of K~2~O or TiO~2~ oxides were prepared with the goal of using them as potential bone graft substitutes. The incorporation of TiO~2~ and K~2~O led to the preparation of specific crystalline phases in the structure
