Comparison for in vitro allergy screening between the Cap FEIA Pharmacia sxl and the CMG Immunodot Top Screen tests on 219 children's sera has given for the Immunodot Top Screen test a sensitivity of 96,2 %, a specificity of 93,0 % and an efficiency of 94,5 %. The Immunodot Top Screen test is economical, easy to perform, sensitive, specific and can be recommended as allergy screening test in medical practice.
