โœฆ Synopsis

Thermo Fisher Scientific and MayLab Collaborate in Software Control for HPLC Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. and MayLab Analytical Instruments have announced the release of new software control for MayLab's MistraSwitch multi column selector for the Mistral oven with Thermo's Scientific Surveyor Plus HPLC. This instrument is specifically optimized for the most demanding HPLC and LC/MS applications. Short cycle times, high sample capacity, low flow rate performance, and patented LightPipe technology in the PDA detector have been integrated into one complete system for high-throughput sample processing environments. The switching system solution is designed for fully automated selection for up to 10 HPLC columns (for pressures up to 15 000 psi) under temperature control using a Spark Mistral or Mistral Cool column oven. When used with the Surveyor Plus HPLC, a variety of different HPLC columns can be employed under rigorous temperature control and automatically controlled and selected through the ChromQuest chromatography data system.
