Abstract
A novel compact microstrip lowpass filter integrating a bandstop structure in an open‐loop resonator is proposed. The lowpass filter has the advantages of compact size, wide rejection in the stop‐band, and three transmission zeros in the stop‐band for suppressing the harmonics.
