Through its subsidiaries, Co. engages in a range of commercial and personal banking and trust activities, which include accepting time and demand deposits; making secured and unsecured loans; providing cash management services; issuing letters of credit; and providing funds transfer services. Lending activities include making commercial, construction, mortgage, and personal loans. At Dec 31 2007, Co. had total assets of $2.90 billion.
