✦ Synopsis

COMMENTING on this large and well-organized conference may seem rather arrogant. A large amount of time has been invested in it, not only by professionals, but certainly also by amateur-specialists, authors and many others. It is primarily to them that the credit goes. Participants have in fact the relatively simple task to come, comment, absorb and, at a later time, perhaps to apply or propagate what they have learnt and seen. Nevertheless, some feedback may be useful and constructive.

No papers or sessions will be discussed in particular but rather some main topics which may also be of interest to non-participants or future contributors.
