The relativistic corrections reported by Aoyama and Yamakawa and by Malli and Oreg are unreasonably large. The relativistic energy change of Mark et al. for HIT is of wrong sign. The relativistic pseudopotential of Karwowski and Klobukowski is drawn from a false analogy, replacing d V/dr by V'/Z in the Darwin term, therefore seriously underestimated. Relativistic effects strongly influence the chemical properties
