We demonstrate that four solutions from 13 of the (3 + 1)-dimensional Kadomtsev-Petviashvili equation obtained by Khalfallah [1] are wrong and do not satisfy the equation. The other nine exact solutions are the same and all ''new" solutions by Khalfallah can be found from the well known solution.
