had invited past Fellows of Bernard O'Brien's Microsurgery Research Centre program in Melbourne, Australia, to submit articles for a special edition to honor Mr. O'Brien and the work of his Microsurgery Centre. The response to the invitation was so great that is necessary to expand the special publication to three issues, this being the second. The third and final commemorative issue will follow soon.
I am pleased for the opportunity to share this glimpse of Bernard O'Brien's impact on the world of microsurgery with our readers.
