โฆ Synopsis
An analysis is made of the effects of the permeability parameter on the flow through a highly porous medium. The flow is forced and we have the presence of buoyancy forces arising from the species concentration. A family of solutions to the coupled non-linear equations are derived and solved numerically on a computer using shooting techniques. The velocity profiles are shown for different values of the permeability parameter The numerical values of the skin friction are also tabulated.
