Millimeter-wave and submillimeter-wave spectra of the rotational transitions in the \(v_{2}=1\) and \(v_{5}=1\) vibrational states of \({ }^{13} \mathrm{CH}_{3} \mathrm{~F}\) were measured up to \(462 \mathrm{GHz}\). Far-infrared spectra of these transitions were measured in the region \(30-65 \math

The Ξ½ 3 band of D 3 SiF near 890 cm -1 recorded with a resolution of 2.4 Γ 10 -3 cm -1 has been explored for the 29 Si and 30 Si isotopic species. Moreover, the Ξ½ 3 + Ξ½ 6 -Ξ½ 6 and 2Ξ½ 3 -Ξ½ 3 bands for the main 28 Si isotopomer have been assigned. For this purpose the Ξ½ 3 + Ξ½ 6 and 2Ξ½ 3 bands at 1435.
This paper presents the analysis of the spectra of SiDF 3 in its vibrational ground and v 4 Ο 1 states. The pure rotational spectrum of the ground state was measured up to 903 GHz ( JΠ Ο 65). Rotational, quartic, and sextic centrifugal distortion constants were accurately determined. Furthermore the
