Varicocele is a common entity described as an usual disorder which is characterized by dilated intratesticular veins and associated ipsilateral abnormal dilatation, exceeding 2 mm in diameter, with tortuosity of the veins of the pampini-varicocele. To our knowledge only three cases of intratesticular variococele in two articles have form plexus. 1 Approximately one third of the men undergoing evaluation for infertility and one been published so far. 3,4 Herein we report and discuss color Doppler findings of intratesticular tenth of the general population have varicoceles based on clinical examination. The incidence of varicocele in two young patients. subclinical varicocele diagnosed with color Doppler ultrasonography (CDU) may be much higher. 2

## Abstract We performed color Doppler sonographic examination on 4 patients, 3 of whom had preliminary diagnoses of penile fracture and 1 of whom had undergone an operation due to penile fracture a year previously. Color Doppler sonography helped evaluate the relationships between the hematoma and
Purpose. We assessed early hemodynamic characteristics of various types of retinal vein occlusion using color Doppler imaging and spectral analysis. Methods. We measured the maximum systolic and diastolic blood flow velocities and the resistance index (RI) in the central retinal artery and the maxi
Castleman's disease is a relatively rare lymphoproliferative disease. We report an asymptomatic case of Castleman's disease isolated to the mesentery and detected incidentally by sonography. In this case, color Doppler sonography demonstrated an artery penetrating the mass's hilum, suggesting a lymp
