Tours (France} (Rec;u le 26 novembre 1979) Summary. Compressible chelaiing resin column for the determbcaiion of trace elements by x-ray fluorescence spectrometry. Trace metals at clg I --I levels are preconcentrated on Cheles-100 (Dowes A-l) resin in a Makrolon cartridge_ The loaded cartridge is pressed to a pellet (125"C, 3500 bars), which serves as the target for x.r.f. spectrometry. Recoveries are quantitative; relative standard deviations for Cd, Hg, Pb and Zn are better than 6% The pellets can withstand many esposures and can be stored for further measurements. R&sum&. On prbente une mdthode de dosage de metaux (Zn. Cd. Hg et Pb) au niveau du pg 1.' par spectromdtrie-f.rr. aprk concentration sur r&sine Chelex-100 danr une cartouche en polycarbonate (hlakrolon). L'ensemble peut ensuite Ctre transformO en pastille, constituant ainsi la cible eramike aux rayons-x. Le rendement de la mCthode est de 100% et ie coefficient de variation des mesures f.r.x. n'excede pas 6%.
