A new version of scattering theory, based on the use of the time-dependent wave transformation operators M t ลฝ" .

introduced, is proposed. In the framework of the present formulation of scattering theory the reduced scattering wavefunction has been introduced and the integral equation for the reduced scattering wavefunction has been obtained. The expression for scattering S-matrix has been given. In new version of scattering theory the non-physical procedures of 'switching-on' and 'switching-off' an interaction do not apply.
