Let M = M L x 9 9 -x M m be a product of K~ihler C-spaces with second Betti numbers b2(g t) = 1 (1 ~t ~ m). The work establishes that the complete intersections X of M produce a finite number of N-dimensxonal Calabi-Yau manifolds. Moreover, if b4(M,) = 1, then the complete intersections with vanish
