Laplace inversion has been widely used in analyzing nuclear magnetic resonance data to obtain a spectrum of decay time constant, such as the T(2) spectrum. However, due to the ill-conditioned nature of such inversion, it is difficult to determine the reliability and error of the resulting spectrum.
