The science and arts of coaching is being turned into its simplicity in the form of ABC steps. I have just tried out the ABC techniques with a few coachee, I see the immediate impact and effect. At the same time, the authors explained the rationale, theories behind the simple steps, and these open up a whole new horizontal of learning for me (as a reader and a coach).
