The viscosity B-coefficient, B,, of the total salt was found to be linearly related with the molal volume, v&, of the hydrated salt according to the equation, B, = aV$, -b. The coefficients a and b were calculated to be 2.8, and 0.19, at 25ยฐC and 2.6, and 0.20, at 5"C, respectively. The V& values at
