## Abstract The glycosylphosphatidylinositol‐anchored molecule C4.4A, which shares structural features with uPAR, is frequently expressed on carcinomas with upregulated expression during tumor progression. Moreover, rare expression on nontransformed epithelial cells is strongly increased during tis
