## Abstract Schwannomas are the most common tumors of cranial nerves. Nonacoustic schwannomas are very rare tumors, accounting for approximately 10% of intracranial schwannomas. Standard treatment is complete surgical resection if possible. The role of fractionated stereotactic radiotherapy remains
