โฆ Synopsis
This patient was initially diagnosed and treated as HL but the diagnosis was changed to PTCL after pathology review. The patient progressed eventually with central nervous system relapse without evidence of systemic disease. b This patient had a marginal zone lymphoma (MZL) which transformed to DLBCL and achieved a clinical and radiological CR after darinaparsin therapy. He was labeled as a PR due to persistent MZL in a random gastric biopsy which never progressed and did not require post-study therapy during the follow-up period. He had relapsed DLBCL 33 months after starting darinaparsin therapy and subsequently died. c Alive at last contact.
