## Abstract ## BACKGROUND. The incidence and pattern of brain metastases was analyzed among patients who achieved a pathological complete response (pCR) after neoadjuvant chemotherapy or chemoradiotherapy for locally advanced nonsmallβcell lung cancer (NSCLC). ## METHODS. Between 1990 and 2004,
